He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Welch, Jr. and Virginia Risher Welch; his sister Judith Lynn Welch; and his nephew Jason Welch. He is survived by: his brothers, Terry Welch (Susan) of Weirton, WV and Thomas Welch (Betty Jo) of Weirton, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Justin Welch, Ashlee Welch, Alisandra Tieke (Zach), Lilliann Welch, Thomas Welch and Andrew Welch.
