As we bid adieu to Vivian Dee's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Vivian Dee has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Weigel, Sr. and Delia Wolff Weigel; and her sister Mary Lou Teel. She is survived by: her siblings, George Weigel, Jr. (Sondra Lee) and Sylvia Jean Votruba. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Cumberland Cemetery (512 Rolling Acres Rd, New Cumberland, WV 26047). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hancock County Historical Museum, 1008 Ridge Avenue, New Cumberland, WV 26047.
