He was predeceased by : his parents, David Stephens and Janie Simmons Stephens; and his brother David Stephens (Charles Raymond Stephens). He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Stephens; his children, William C. "Bill" Stephens (Joy) and Leesa Boyd (John); and his grandchildren, Isaac Stephens (Brittany Millard), Emily Jane Stephens Kranske (Sean), Owen and Madeline Boyd.
