He is survived by: his wife Julia Kelly Fair; his children, Samuel of Weirton, William Fair of Weirton and Ashley Kilmartin, Jr. (John) of Weirton; his brothers, Guy Fair (Pam) of Weirton and Eugene Fair of New Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Jack Kilmartin, Keegan and Sophia Fair.
