He was predeceased by : his parents, William Henry Horstman and Marie Garrison Horstman; his wife Glenna M. "Toot" Horstman; and his sisters, Aileen Cameron, Lou Fox and Nita Potts.
He is survived by : his children, Janna Watson of Florida, Jim Horstman (Cathy) of Weirton and Thomas Horstman of Wintersville; his grandchildren, Jacob, Justin, Jonathan, Troy, Rachael and Brandt; and his siblings, Dick Horstman of Paris and Ruth Ann Fliermans of Augusta, GA..
