He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jenkins and Stella Dean Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Connie Summers Jenkins; his children, Shane Jenkins of Charleston and Chelsey Jenkins of Weirton; his siblings, James Edward Jenkins (Trish), Walter Dean (Jill) and Holly Janeshek of Weirton; and his granddaughter Stella Marie Jenkins of Weirton.
