She was predeceased by: her parents, Finley Toler and Hazel Haynes Toler; her husband Ivan Kenneth Allen; and her siblings, Janet, Pat, Evelyn and Junior Toler.
She is survived by: her children, Ivan Kenneth Allen Jr. (Robin) of Woodbridge, VA and Deborah Lynn Dillon of Welch; and her sisters, Lana Hatfield (Donnie) of Coal Mountain, WV and Annette Hatfield (Darrell) of Faber, VA. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
