With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Freddie Don Lowe (Welch, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 9, 2026 at the age of 65. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lowe and Pliney Dawson Lowe; and his siblings, Tommy, David, Clarence Jr., Ronnie, Donnie, Nancy, Rose, Jean, Betty, Peggy, Francis, Shirley and Glenda.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Stevens of Sevierville, TN and Freddie Lowe II (Angela Jo) of Weston, WV; his grandchildren, Hannah Stevens, Ariella Lowe and Jackson Lowe; and his siblings, Doug Lowe of Atwell, Teddie Lowe of Atwell, WV, Frank Lowe of Tazwell and Delphine Payne of Lexington, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Riffe Cemetery-Atwell Mt.
