He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Lee Toler of Bluefield and Tim Toler of Maitland; and his grandchildren, Amy Oqinn, Staci Farley, Adam Toler, Jason Toler and Jessica Mitchem. He is also survived by great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren.
