He is survived by : his mother Betty; his sister Linda Williams of Staffordsville, KY; his stepfather Ellis England of Capels, WV; his son Eric Mullins; and his sisters, Laura Daniels of Welch, Diana Reed of Rhodell, WV, Virgie Sue Brown (Barry) of Mooresville, NC and Denise England of Capels. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, many cousins; other relatives and friends.
