She was predeceased by: her parents, Bishop Posey D. and Mary E. Smith (Rumley); her husband Bishop Flournoy; her sons, Larry Sr., Wayman and Flournoy III; her siblings, John, George Allen, Boyd, Joe Pete, Hallie, Martha, Rebecca and Dorothy; and her grandchildren, Derrick, Larry Jr. and Lorie Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Tyron Witcher (Nicole) of Winston-Salem, Sharon Ferguson (Larry Patterson) of King George, Virginia and Michele Saunders (District Elder Joseph) of Elkridge; her caregiver Robin Beaver (late Bishop Harold) of Kimball; her sister Lerah Palmer (late Apostle William) of Oxon Hill, Maryland; her sisters-in-law, Edna Smith, Inez Carter and Zinola Gilbert (Roosevelt); her nieces and nephews, Jacquetta Harris and John Saunders; and her close friends, Earnestine Matthews and Louise Belle. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 26 great-great-grandchildren.
