He was predeceased by: his father Newberry Sr.; his brother Douglas Eugene; his sister-in-law Angie Wallace; and his sister Alberta Wallace-Rowell. He is survived by: his mother Alberta; his daughter Danielle Taylor; his siblings, Bernard J. Wallace, Gail S. Wallace-Gregory (Keith D.), Newberry Walllace Jr., Leila M. Wallace-Abraham (Reggie) and Faye Wallace-McCrary (Willie); his aunt Ethel Wooden-Mullins; and his close friends, Tara, Keishawn Staples, Donnell Pannell and William Welch. He is also survived by nephews, nieces; great-nephews and great-nieces; several generations of cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (6605 New Hope Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701).
