He is survived by : his children, Steven Brett Austin Bailey (Jennifer Riffe) of Welch and Lindsey Nicole Bailey of New Hartford; his grandson Kaeden Bailey of New Hartford; his sisters, Deborah Brewster of Bluefield, Cathy Bailey of Fullerton and Rita Bailey of Athens; and his nieces, Stephanie Guerra of Stone Mountain and Sara McBroom of Nashville, Tennessee..
