He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann McAllister (Black); his children, Albert P. McAllister of Louisiana, Brian McAllister (Selena) of Louisiana, Joy Staten of North Carolina and Misty Williams of Wellsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Connor McAllister, Madison Shores (Phil), John J. Baxter (Dawson), Justin Baxter, Jenna Baxter, Devun Williams, JaNae Williams and ZaeShaun Robertson; his great grandchildren, Sophie and Perri Baxter; and his brothers, Theodore McAllister (Phyllis) of Wellsburg, WV, Joseph McAllister (Margaret) of Wellsburg, WV and David McAllister (Sharyn) of Weirton, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the James Funeral Home (1245 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
