She is survived by: her children, Henry of Wellsburg, WV, Lewis of Wellsburg, WV, Jerry Mikels of Wellsburg, WV and Michelle Weister (Michael Dietrich) of Weirton, WV; and her siblings, Joyce (Tom), Penny Waugh (Earl) of Wellsburg, WV, Robert Hale (Debra) of Cambridge, OH and Geraldine Hale of Wellsburg, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
