She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Elson and Edna Elson (Nixon); her husband John Ferda; her son Johnny Alan Ferda; her grandson Jeffrey Ferda; and her siblings, Franklin, Wayne, Eugene Elson, Arlene Welch, Myra Fletcher, Loretta Adams and Eleanor Gooch.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Ferda of Moundsville, WV, Barbara Lyonett (John) of Weirton, WV, Beverly Wilker (Michael) of St. Mary's, OH and William Ferda (Cindy) of Wellsburg, WV; her daughter-in-law Marilyn Ferda of Mt. Hope, WV; her grandchildren, Jonell Carver, John Ferda Jr., Amanda Ferda, Eric, Jay Lyonett, Michael, Matthew Leitschuh and William Ferda Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Dana Mackert and Niles Wilker; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Benjamin Carver, Bowen Devericks, Ava, Kade Lyonett, Maxton, Elliana Lyonett, Harper, Malia Leitschuh, Bentley, Adley Ferda and Natalie Ferda; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Brody McIver, Camden and Parker Mackert; and her brother Keith Elson (Patricia Whiteman) of Wellsburg, WV. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
