She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Francis Shaffer Smith; her husband Paul "Bud" Billiard Jr.; and her brother Ronald "Buck" Shimp. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Wales (Mark), Paul Billiard (Trisha) and T. J. Billiard (Erin); her grandchildren, Kyle Wales (Courtney), Kody Wales, Cross Billiard, Bode Billiard, Giana, Angelo and Rocco Billiard; her great grandchild Liam; her sister Nancy Campbell (Richard "Soup"); Drew and Reagan.
