Hartzer of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Harold Evans; her brothers, Harold and Mark Evans; and her grandson Derek Sandridge. She is survived by: her husband James Nelson Hartzer; her sons, James Sandridge (Tana) of Imperial, PA, Shawn Sandridge (Donna) of Burgettstown, PA, Gregg Sandridge (Dawn) and Brian Sandridge (Patricia); her stepdaughter Carrie Hartzer Shelton (Tim) of Colorado; her grandchildren, Jon, Brian, Josh, Brock, Michael, Joey and Heather; and her stepgrandchildren, Sarah and Christopher. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and a step granddaughter.
