She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Earl and Mary Pearl McLaughlin (Cline); her husband Norman Neville, Sr.; and her brothers, Earl McLaughlin, Jr. (Dorothy) and Thomas McLaughlin (Clarabel).
She is survived by: her son Norman Neville, Jr. (Delphine Woodburn); and her brother Raymond McLaughlin, Sr. (Mary) of Wellsburg, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
