He is survived by: his wife Patti Riggs (Kelley) of Wellsburg, WV; his brother Clayton Riggs Sr. (Deborah) of Wytheville, VA; and his parents-in-law, Shirley Ann Kelley of Avella, PA, Mary Stoey (Richard) of Waterfall, PA, Cole Closser of Wellsburg, WV and Bill Miller.
