She was predeceased by: her daughter Deanna Tibbs. She is survived by: her parents, Kenneth Riggs (Shari Doerr) and Sheila Stewart (Greg Leaton); her daughter Ciara Tibbs (Aaron Schons) of Weirton, WV; her sister Lynde Riggs (Brandon Holmes) of Shadyside, OH; her grandchildren, Brayden Corey and Brooklynn Forrester; and her stepgranddaughter Isabella Schons. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
