She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry T. Smith Sr. and Marjorie Ann Henry Smith; and her brother Harry T. Smith Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Smith of Wheeling, WV. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
