She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Andrews (Liggett) and Charles Andrews (Dorothy) of Weirton, WV.. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Bud" Silvers; her daughter Tisha Silvers of Wellsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Haley Silvers (Dalton McCuen), Brayden Wilson and Tyson Britton; her great grandchildren, Serina and Tate; and her siblings, Charles Andrews, Jr. (Vee) of Pennsylvania and Crystal Andrews (J. R.). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
