It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dustin Ray Dolin of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his mother Jacqueline Ann Huggins (Gibson). He is survived by : his father Chuck Dolin of Danville, WV; his siblings, Drake Kowcheck (Caitlin) of Triadelphia, WV and Jocelyn Kowcheck of Wheeling, WV; his nieces and nephews, Aalyah, Addisyn, Ronan, Blake, Brantley and Kyrah; and his aunt Judy Sanders (Clifton) of Madison, WV. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Greater Wheeling Coalition for the homeless at 84 Fifteenth St. Wheeling, WV 26003.
