He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Mayhew and Nora Carey Mayhew (Cavey); his wife Charlene Mayhew; and his siblings, Paul, James, Leroy Mayhew and Mami Mayhew.
He is survived by: his daughter Michele Knicely (Chris) of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Charlie Knicely of Follansbee, WV and Ashley Ianna-Knicely (Hayley) of Pittsburg, KS; his great grandchild Aria; and his pets, Lucky and Missy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
