He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin A Kins and Hazel Kins (Horn); and his siblings, Edwin W. Kins, Webster Kins, Bob "Weeno" Kins, Frank E. Kins, Charlotte Groch, Mona Lou Kins and William "Bill" Kins.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Geri" Kins (Doran); his children, Danielle Anderson of Wellsburg, WV, Sean Lee Kins (Aileen) of Los Angles, CA, Chance Lee Kins (Krista Brettell) of Wellsburg, WV, Aundrea Marra (Anthony) of Mooresville, NC and Frankie Lee Kins of Wheeling, WV; his grandchildren, Zachary Anderson, Samantha Zeryll Kins, Kassius Jackson Kins, Gunnar Brettell, Chase Hile, Arabella Marra, Antonio Marra and Adrian Marra; and his great grandchildren, Lily Anderson, Ryder Anderson and Jackson Rayne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
