He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Falcone and Betty Smith Falcone. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lamberson Falcone; and his sons, Jason Falcone of Wellsburg, WV, Caleb Jeffries of Wellsburg, WV and Zach Jeffries of Wellsburg, WV.
