He is survived by: his wife Cyndie Eaton Keener of Wellsburg; his children, Jay Keener-Welsch (Jake) of San Diego, CA., Michele Keener of Milton, WV. and Mikaela Speciale (Samuel) of Charleston, WV.; his grandchildren, Molly, Noah Sizemore, Madelyn and Emma Speciale; and his siblings, Don Keener (Kim) of Wellsburg, Jim Keener (Jane Topper) of Wellsburg, Steve Keener (Ginny) of Wellsburg, Jack Keener of Wellsburg, Marylou Pilya (Mike) of Weirton, Chris Brown (Dan) of Wellsburg and Debbie Keener of Wellsburg.
