He was predeceased by: his parents, John Starinsky and Jennie Chanze Starinsky Gabrielli; his son Michael Starinsky; and his pet Muffin Shey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Williamson Starinsky; his children, John Starinksy Jr. (Charlene) of Jewett, OH, Luke Starinsky (Evelyn) of Loganville, GA, Matthew Starinsky (Vicki) of Columbus, OH, Mark Starinsky (Cassandra) of New Albany, OH, William Logan (Tonya) of Follansbee, WV and Mary Ohlin (James) of Powell, OH; his siblings, Joseph Gabrielli (Cynthia) of Steubenville, OH, Helen Estep of Mingo Junction, OH and Mary Perovich of Douglasville, PA; and his close friend Clarence Reitter. He is also survived by his fur companion Buddy, fourteen grandchildren, six step grandchildren, two great grandchildren and nine step great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Reasner Funeral Home (1515 Charles St, Wellsburg, WV 26070). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
