He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert P. Rush and Clara A. McCay (Burns); and his siblings, Robert "Butch" Rush and Betty Mozingo. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Dennis; his sons, Rodney Rush (Trudi) of Avella, Rowdy Rush (Amy) of Washington and Kendall Rush (Cheryl) of Avella; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Clayton, Kyle, Cameron, Julianne, Joshua and Kenneth; his great grandchildren, Eloise and Rigby; and his sisters, Ellen Thorne, Lelia Rush (Melissa), Barbara LaVerne, Mary Mozingo and Loretta Gentile (Jamie).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jerome A. Stefkovich Funeral Home, Inc. (18 Campbell St, Avella, PA 15312). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
