He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Clemons and Martha Clemons (Trimmer); and his brothers, Glen E. and Mark D. Clemons. He is survived by : his wife Sandra Clemons (Rogers); his stepchildren, Michael Wauters and Kara Jablonski (Robert) of Follansbee, WV; his sister Joyce Gaudio (Tom) of Wellsburg, WV; and his grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Eli, Lexi, Aubree and Payton.
