Lois Hunt Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 6, 2021, at the age of 88, Lois Hunt of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Short Creek, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Smith and Ila Smith (Spencer); her children, Burt Hunt III and Diane Hunt; and her siblings, Ernest, Ralph, Earl, Gene, Edward, Donald, Bob Smith and Betty Ruth Harris.

She is survived by: her husband Burt Edward Hunt Jr.; her daughters, Patricia Lowe of St. Clairsville, OH, Susan Stimpson (Larry) and Kitty Elliott (Tim) of Bethany, WV; and her grandchildren, Jeremy (Amanda), Christopher Lowe, Jill Littler (Bill), Michael Stimpson (Lisa), Jennifer Taggart (Scott), Joshua Elliott, Alisha Medlen (Scott), Jessica Elliott and Melissa Hunt. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, a great great grandson and numerous nieces and nephews.
