She was predeceased by : her parents, John Reck and Beatrice Reck (Bensie); her husband John L. "Pat" Best; her sons, John "Patsy" Best and Richard; her son-in-law Richard Brooks; and her siblings, Kathryn Stillwell, Wanda Leach, John, Paul and William Reck.
She is survived by : her children, Glenda Brooks of Wellsburg, WV and James Best (Annette) of Wellsburg, WV; her daughter-in-law Terry Best; her grandchildren, Johnny Best, Tracy Lazear (Shawn) and Olivia Best; her great grandchildren, Kayla McAllister (Aaron), John Michael Lazear (Meikka), Shane Lazear and Ashley Poarch (Eric); and her great great grandchildren, Gavin, Brooke of Sadie, AJ, Michael, Ameilia, Jozlynn and Aubrie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
