She is survived by: her sons, Edward Mayfield of Wellsburg, WV and Clifford Mayfield of Wheeling, WV; and her siblings, Clifford Snellings (Julie) of Wichita, KS, Danny Snellings (Tammy), Roberta Eddy-Snellings of Kansas and Anna Snellings.
