He is survived by: his stepfather Dwight Ossman; and his siblings, Teddy Lewis Hart, Jr. (Ruth) of Wellsburg, WV, Dianna Hart Aracich of Wellsburg, WV, Sheila Mae Ossman of Follansbee, WV, Tillie Lavonne Ossman of Follansbee, WV and Sue Hart Shaffer (Keith) of Wellsburg, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, along with several great-nieces and nephews.
