Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Neil leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lenora Nixon (Treiber) and William E. Nixon of Wellsburg, WV.; his significant other Carol Jean Nixon (Dickson); and his brother Charles Nixon. He is survived by: his children, Teri Foster (Doug), Steve Nixon (Jill) and David Nixon (Melanie). He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and two nephews.
