Ed Strazzini wrote a sympathy message

“I flew with nick in 1967 while we were assigned to the 68th assault helicopter company at bien hoa, rvn. Always calm and cool under the stresses of all kinds of difficult missions over there he was a good role model for a new pilot like me. Often wondered what became of him after he left there but now i see from the details in his obituary that he continued his flying career with the wv army guard. I’m sure he was a valued member of that organization”
