She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis J. Joyce and Virginia Joyce (Ragase); her husband Elzie "Ross" Whitlatch; and her sister Theresa Pietz. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheryl Baker (Charles) of Naples, FL, Lisa Conaway (Mike) of Wellsburg, WV and Nadine Whitlatch (Dave Jaynes) of Wellsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Lindsey King (Stephen), Rossalyn Richard, Rachel Richard-Heslep (Evan), Sarah Conaway, Erin Conaway (Hal Bailey), Katherine West (Austin) and John Dearl Francis; her great grandchildren, Connor and Aiden King; her cousins, Freda and Jack; and her daughter Jackie Hammers.
