We are sad to announce that, on January 5, 2021, at the age of 79, Paul Billiard of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Wheeling, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Helen R. Spataro; his wife Carol; his children, Kimberly Wales (Mark), Paul Billiard and T. J. Billiard (Erin); his grandchildren, Kyle Wales (Courtney), Kody Wales, Cross Billiard, Bode Billiard, Giana, Angelo and Rocco Billiard; and his great grandchild Liam.

Due to Covid regulations all attending must also social distance and wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be donated to the Brooke County Veterans Memorial Park Inc., mailed to Reasner Funeral Home P.O. box 346 Wellsburg, WV or Main Street Bank 1010 Commerce St. Wellsburg, WV 26070.
