We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 75, Richard Kins of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Steubenville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parent Dickie; his brother Stanley Kins; his sister-in-law Judy Kins; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Kins; and his brother-in-law Bob Burk.

He is survived by : his significant other Anita Pack Kins; his sons, Edwin "Dutch" Kins of Wellsburg and Adam Kins of Wellsburg; his siblings, Bob L. Kins Jr. (Wanda), Bonnie Kins, Diana Burk and Penny James (Bill); his uncle Jack Kins (Geri); and his grandchildren, Cody, Corey and Abbi. He is also survived by several nieces nephews and cousins.

“We have lost a Husband,a father, a son and brother. And a friend of us all. There has been bad times and good times in our lives but the good has outweighed the bad. Salisbury has lost a servant to them for he and his whole family helped protect them when called. We will miss you Captain Dickie. Kins. A friend of family.. Bill and Maggie McDaniel”
