He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Mozingo and Mary Mozingo (Richards). He is survived by: his daughter Kaylynn Mozingo of Cadiz, OH; his girlfriend Shannon Stewart of Follansbee, WV; and his siblings, Jeff, Butch and Christine Mozingo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (1030 Main St, Wellsburg, WV 26070). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Kadesh Chapel Church (3704 Apple Pie Ridge, Wellsburg, WV 26070).
