He is survived by: his wife Brenda Tarr Fonner; his children, Robert Ronald Fonner (Michelle) and Tammy Sue Fonner of Wellsburg, WV; his grandchildren, Sarah DeLong, Jason, Keith Fonner, Aneda of Follansbee, WV, Ashley and Sean Sands; and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Decklin Fonner, Jalen and Maci Sands.
