He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Vincent Mizok (Yost); his children, Roberta J. Fedoush (Robert), Rhonda J. Taylor (Jeremy), Robert J. Mizok (Jennifer) and Richard J. Mizok (Tina); and his grandchildren, Jonathon Fedoush (Sarah), Benjamin Fedoush, Ethan Crabtree, Sarah Taylor and Aiden Mizok. He is also survived by two siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
