We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2021, at the age of 93, Rosella May Rice of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Middlebourne, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Rice; and her siblings, Charles Lesley, Homer Denzil, Russell William, Raymond Dale, James Leek, Sr., Madaline Leek, Pauline Midcap and Roxie Mercer.

She is survived by: her son Del Rice (Becky) of Wellsburg, WV; and her grandchildren, Cody Rice (Elizabeth McDaniel), Alyssa Rice (Jon Griffin) and Donnie Wokutch (Julie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
