We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2023, at the age of 73, Russell Edward Welch of Wellsburg, West Virginia, born in Follansbee, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Regis Welch; his wife Paula Rae Finley Welch; and his brother Roger Welch. He is survived by : his daughters, Niccole Dawn Welch (Olivia) of Wellsburg, WV and Terra Diane Welch (Steve) of Wellsburg, WV; his siblings, Rev Lynn White (Connie) of Louisville, OH and Ruth Charis Moats (Jim) of Wellsburg, WV; his stepgrandson Seth Sapp (Cassie); and his stepgreat-grandson Mathew Lee Sapp.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Brooke Hills Playhouse payable to the BCAC.
