She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony "Curly" Chappell and Betty Chappell (Forester). She is survived by : her children, Robert Utt (Robin) of Colliers, WV, Betty Jean Watkins (Bill Dillie) of Wellsburg, WV and Shawn Utt (Latricia) of Weirton, WV; her grandchildren, Justin (Jessica), Kylee (Justin), Elizabeth, Lauren (Don), David, Stephanie, Gavin and Gage; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Aleiyah, Madison, Alex, Rory, Gino, Cooper and Dominic; and her siblings, Bonnie Davis, Donna Williams, Richard "Dick" Chappell (Linda), Sarah Yoho and Terry Chappell (Gerri). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
