She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Roy, Eileen Mildred Smith (Newton), Norman Virden, Sr. and Helen Virden; her uncles, Charles Smith and Will Louthen; and her aunt Elizabeth Rose Smith.
She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Smith and Susan Smith (Virden) of Wellsburg, WV.; her siblings, Jason Smith (Kassi), Becky Smith and Aaron Smith (Theresa); her siblings' children, Walker, Shyanne (Charlie), Dalton Smith, Rachel Parker (Chase), Christophe Miller (Desiree) and Alleigh Huntsminger (Jacob); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Samaya and Camden; her aunts, Dora Louthen, Judy Black (Stanley), Marsha Virden (Jim Vancamp) and Debbie Virden; her uncle Norman Virden, Jr.; and her close friends, B. J. Griffin and Flo Parello.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
