He was predeceased by : his sister Michele Postlethwaite. He is survived by : his parents, Shirld Wayne Postlethwaite, Sr. and Carolyn Ann Mitchell; his children, Olivia Mccormack (Michael) of Grove City, OH and Caleb Postlethwaite of East Liverpool, OH; and his sisters, Darlene Fillinger (David), Kitty Lancaster and Penny Staffileno (Eric). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
