He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Mildred Chalovich Clark; and his siblings, Carolyn Clark, Frank Clark and Barbara Kivyta.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Michelene Adzima Clark; his son Tom Clark (Amy) of West Milford; his grandchildren, Caelyn, Thomas and Alivia; and his brother Bernard Clark (Charmaine) of Brownsville, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
