He is survived by: his wife Martha Anne Matheny-McConnell; his children, Danna Rae McConnell (Bobby Taylor) of New Milton, Kortni Ann Sandridge (Jeremiah) of West Union, Monica Blair Blake (Jeremy) of West Union and Joseph Daniel McConnell (Brittany) of West Union; his siblings, Alice Ann McConnell-Fultz (Lyle) of West Union and Joseph Lane McConnell (Marla) of West Union; his grandchildren, Johnathan Wayne Blake, Gabriel Parker Stewart, Cheyenne Rachelle Sandridge, Sienna Rhae Taylor, Audrey Ruth Blake, Kayleigh Marie Sandridge of Nathan, R. W, Kyndal Reese McConnell, Easton Scott Blake, Hattie Joe McConnell, Zayden Warren Blake and Cye Ryan Blake; and his great grandchild Parker Wayne Taylor. He is also survived by many brother & sister n laws, nieces and nephews.
